Hi,

We are busy adding instructions to the help documentation for scoring.  Here are some steps to get you started:

Setup Score Groups
  1. Setup->Assets & Events->Event Types
  2. Click on the tab that says "score groups".  You build your score groups in a smilar way that you build button groups.  You provide a group name, and then inside that group you create your different score options.  You can provide a descriptive name such as "compliant" which would equal a score.
Add Scoring to an Event
  1. Next, create or edit an event type (Setup->Assets & Events->Event Types)
  2. When adding a criteria select the option to use a score group
  3. To make scoring determine the pass/fail of the event click on the score tab
  4. Choose what the result of the score does
