Your camera is taking pictures but its not uploaded to your event form or inspections.  There are a things you can try to solve this problem.

On your handheld:

Ensure you are logged in and connect to the internet.  Field ID should automatically upload all data to your online account.

• Select the More menu beside at the bottom left
• Select Preferences
• Select Requests at the bottom middle
• Failed Queue should be empty, if there are items there select and click Send Failed.
• Repeat and Refresh until items are in the Request Queue.
• When items are in the Request Queue they are in the process of being uploaded.
• Save and Select Ok
