Do you have a catalog of inspection checklists I can use?

Yes, we do have a catalog available.  The first time you use Field ID we encourage you go through the Setup Wizard.  During the Setup Wizard there will be a page that will display common templates that can be imported. 

If the list above is not sufficient, you can add and edit event types as you wish. 

Setup > Assets & Events > Event Types
