Can I setup when events should be scheduled?

Yes, to set up a schedule you have to schedule the event in asset types.

Follow the next steps to schedule the event frequencies in asset types:

  • Setup > Assets & Events > Asset Types
  • Select the Asset Type you wish to Schedule
  • Click the Event Frequencies tab
  • Here your able to edit the Event Types associated to Asset Type.
  • Simple click edit and enter frequency in days.
  • If there no Event types listed. Click here to associate event types.

 

Follow the next steps to schedule events:

  • Search the asset you wish to schedule an event to.
  • Select the asset.
  • Selevt the Schedules tab.
  • Pick the Event Type, Schedule Date, Job.
  • Click save.
