If you are installing Field ID mobile for the first time on this device or you have just done a clean boot then follow these steps:

• Open Internet Explorer by clicking Start, then Programs and then click Internet Explorer.
• In the search box enter www.fieldid.com/m
• Click yes to save the file.
• The file should automatically run, if not open up the file explorer, go to My Documents and click on the file labeled installer
• This will install Field ID mobile and all the required programs.
• If you are asked where the file should be installed, make sure that device is checked and click install.

If you are re-installing Field ID mobile please download the file from this location http://m.fieldid.com/mobile/fieldid.cab and go to My Documents and click on the file named field_mobile with the most recent date and time. Installing Field ID mobile this way will ensure that any data (events, assets) left on the device will not be deleted.
