How do I associate an event with an asset?

Assigning events to assets is the bread and butter of Field ID. To assign an event to an asset follow the steps below.

  • Setup > Assets & Events > Event Types
  • Select the Event Type you wish to assign
  • Select the Asset Type Associations tab

  • Select the asset type you wish to perform the event on.
  • When you’re done click save at the bottom of the screen
