How to Reset, turn off and Clean Boot a Motorola ES400

 

Reset

To perform a reset press the power button and the 1 and 9 number keys together

 

Turn Off

To turn off, press and hold the power button and then press shutdown when it appears on the screen.

 

Clean Boot

To perform a clean boot without clearing the Application data store download this file: https://docs.symbol.com/downloads/405Bw65xxxCB000001.zip

To perform a clean boot and clear the Application data store download this folder: https://docs.symbol.com/downloads/405Bw65xxDBA000001.zip

Follow the instructions contained within each folder and you will reset the device to its factory state.
