RFID Tagsys Troubleshooting
Tagsys Diagnostic Tool (Only works with Workabout Pros)

- Steps on How to Use the Tool:

- Copy it to the device and Install it like a normal cab.
- Under Programs you will find an app named “TagSysDiag”. Launch that.
- You will notice a large text area in the middle of the screen. Everything that it tries to do will be printed there
- When the app launches it will attempt to locate a tagsys installed on the device.
- If found, the port will default to whatever port was found. This is just a suggestion though, you can set whatever port, rate and timeout you like.
- When you’re ready to connect, click the connect button in the lower right.
- If the connection was successful, the read button will enable
- Try a few reads
- When finished, click quit (this will also disconnect)
- At the root of the file system, you will see a file named “tagsys.log”. That file will contain everything that went into the main window log
